Update:it's fixed, I found out it was in hdmi (av) instead of hdmi (pc)

Update! I found out that it can run 75hz on 1440x900

TL;DR:my monitor is 60hz at 1920x1080p and i wanted to create a new resolution to 1920x1080p but 75hz,my monitor is 75hz according to its website,it a viewsonic VX2453m-led

Also one thing I should have mentioned is I'm just using an hdmi cable that was previously plugged in my tv (not sure if it was for the tv or the monitor)

Update:whenn I went in customize it showed 640x480 at 75 hz (32-bit)

Is it safe?

I used to use vga but waves started to appear and and that's why I shifted to hdmi (even on vga it showed 60hz)

I tried installing new drivers but it says an error occurred and stops it, I'm on win 7

I went in Nvidia control panel>display>resolution and found that there too it only shows 60 to 59hz
