Gpu clock is 1152MHz (Base) and 1304 (boost) and im getting 1366. May this be an issue ?

Quick update/bump: I increased the fans speed and i got some good results. I played pubg lite for about 4 hours and got 39 max temp. But when i tried pubg i got this : http://prntscr.com/q1922g I also did check cables and all the stuff you said me @helpstar

Hey guys i really need your help. I have a Phenom x6 1055t but my mobo is dead. I only have a budget of 200 euros. Whats better to do, buy a new AM3 mobo that will allow me to OC my current CPU or buy a G4560 since its only 45 euros + a mobo + dddr4 ram ( so i can upgrade it to a i5 maybe later...
