Solution found Pretty simple fix - since it was human error My graphic card has 1 DVI and 4 HDMI exits - I had swapped the cables, so the DVI exit was used on secondary monitor. Since it was a HDMI/DVI cable, it presented itself as DVI when looking in settings.
