Finally, I pulled it out by twisting heatsink. And I removed everthing out Gpu MB cooler ram, also I broke the fan, fin and heat sink. The heat sink is melted. Some of heatsink is crack and stuck on the cpu. Looks like the always overheat for 2 years make this happen.

I'm acidently make you the solution I just follow the link form e-mail. It is not working, heat sink is still hot but the bond is so strong.
