A corsair vs550 550w psu

Its a corsair one.

I just updated anyway so it should work if i get the 1070 right? Cause I'm pretty sure i have enough space and my psu is 550w.

So basically I don't need to get another motherboard just maybe update the bios?

Ok so I have an Asus P8Z77-M motherboard and I'm wondering if I am able to run the new GTX 1070 which is releasing soon.
