FIXED!!!! Right, so my PCI-E must be warped or something, I loosed the screws so it had a little tilt and it seems like it has worked, I suspect not all the pins were touching properly. *sighs relief*

I'm not concerned about modular, I need something reliable, but in the £40-£60 range Obviously modular is nice to have but it makes things considerably more expensive.

That's good but, I need a 600-650W PSU I'm not bothered about it being modular or anything so don't go mental, I don't want to pay £80 for a PSU you know? Somewhere closer to £60 would be nice, if not, less.
