I had a similar issue in rdo yesterday. I think the problem is on their end.

First thing I would do is run DDU and do a clean uninstall/reinstall of the gpu driver. Make sure the monitor has the correct driver in Device Manager, says it's working properly in "properties " and is set to native resolution.
