    Have you set the game to use the nvidia card in the nvidia control center? The game is designed to use a certain amount of cpu, that, I don't believe can be changed. You may be best off upgrading the cpu when you are able to. I would not recommend an i3 for gaming, no matter how much you do...

    When you say not working, what are your referring to? Are you getting into POST? Can you access the BIOS, if so, ensure you see the ram there?

    I think you may be running into a CPU bottleneck. I agree with XxDarkMario20xX , try dialing back some graphics settings in the game and see if that brings CPU usage down. Also check out this bottlenecking guide...
