PC is now being normal after fourth restart. Have no idea what happened before. I checked for network driver updates through the device manager and it said all was good. No lag so far. I'll update this thread if it the issue arises again. Thank you!

This also happens to me once a day. Installing the drivers did not help at all. The cause I found was when I slightly touched the wire or made it disconnect, it would BSOD with the same error you got.
