OK, 1060 would work on my machine, would the 3gb single fan 1060 be a good choice? Is my CPU a big bottle neck?

So would it be a big upgrade to get a 4gb 1050 ti? They can be had for around $270.

I was having some memory problems, would a gtx 1060 be a huge upgrade on my machine? What about a 4gb 1050 ti? Also, should swapping back to my 760 be a performance upgrade?
