Thoughts on a drive like this?

Not sure if this is SATA III.
Maybe my problem is that there are too many enclosures to choose from.
Often I see the build quality is an issue, but I'm wondering now what SATA I should be looking for? Is SATA II fast enough or should I be looking for SATA III?
I have a 1TB WD Black hard drive that I'm looking to remove from my PC and plug into my Airport Extreme router and use as NAS. But I'm having trouble finding a good external enclosure that uses USB 3.0.
I'd love to get some suggestions.
I'm wondering if someone can help me. On Win7 I'm having an issue where when I move the files from my Canon digital camera to the hard drive the date taken on the videos are not saving. It sets them at the time I moved them to the hard drive instead.
All of the files still on the camera are...
ASRock Z68 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z68
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge
EVGA GeForce GTX 465 (Fermi) Superclocked 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
I'll probably take 2 or 4 -4GB SKill Ripjaw X pc1600 sticks of RAM and put those in
I already have a Corsair 650W power supply and the case and...
I've run across an opportunity to purchase a Sandy Bridge 2600 chip for the same price of a 2500k chip. I'm having trouble deciding if it makes sense to get the 2600.
I will hopefully be putting this in a new Z68 mobo soon.
These three sets of RAM are all priced the same right now so it would seem that I can pick from the better of the manufacturers. I know that GSkill gets a lot of love here because of their price but when you get to just pick from manufactures who do you prefer?
Thanks for the responses so far. Based on the previous suggestions I now have two new cards for comparison:
Both GTX460

Is the second card worth the extra cash...
