I'd look at the 2013 Nexus 7, buy one refurbished or used. In terms of NEW tablets at $100, I can't think of anything good besides maybe a Kindle Fire, but those are very locked down.

Another thing to consider is that if it were actually reading the temperature, when you first start up the computer it would be cooler and it would slowly rise. With these ones with faulty sensors, it's always basically the same temperature.

Definitely get an SSD for Windows and for some of your programs. Your CPU, motherboard, and RAM are already amazing; if you upgrade it will just feel like a waste of money.

As for your power supply, it looks like a piece of crap but it will be okay considering the low wattage of your system as a whole. I was thinking your budget would be higher, in which case some of the more expensive graphics cards would need a better power supply.
