how do i contact facebook? is there any way to contact them directly ?

my facebook ID got disabled. Now its asking for facebook security check. It asks to send code to the phone number associated with the ID. But I no longer have access to that number. it doesnt give me the option to send code to email. only phone number. How can i solve this issue? Thank you
