Well, this may or may not help, but I myself am using Win10 as of late. I noticed some of that stuff jappeneing on my comp as well, so I looked in on it. There's several processes being done on my comp that slow down ALT-TAB a lot, and just like you I kinda dislike that, it should be instant...

Ellos, i just found a somewhat preculiar state on a drive, which listed several bad sectors ina row down to an exact number of 100. Now I know thise can be coincidence, but really ? Now my question is, Can I somehow instruct that drive to read the contents of those sectors, and display them...

duh...the only way of preventing software tampering is hardware lock-out... No matter the software safeguards...once you're inside the computer, you can do anything if you know how...anything the bios can do, you can do too... anything flash software does you can do too... An actual hardware...
