If you read above under 'update #2,' you'll see that I tried that without success. But maybe my other settings needed adjusting to account for 1333? I changed my CPU-NB Frequency to 2000 MHz, my DRAM frequency to 1333 MHz, and my RAM timings to 8-8-8-24-2N 

I made the changes you suggested but unfortunately ran into the same problems. The voltage lettering is bright red for 1.30v on CPU/NB Voltage so I'm not sure if I should be worried about that ... I found my processor on the AMD website by searching for model number. According to the site...
