Woah what in the UK the 280x is the same prize as a 960? damn here in Germany you can get a 960 for 183€ inluding! The Witcher 3... while the cheapest 280x is around 210€ without The Witcher 3. So i guess it really also depends on where you live how much of a good deal a card is^^
