On my gpu there is not! Thats why I posted pics from all angles. Is there a way I can reset it in bios on boot?

I played around with undervolting GPU (Asus R9 280x Direct Cut II) and looks like I fucked something up. PC doesn't boot - just black screen. Is there a way I can reset BIOS? I can't find the switch on GPU itself, is there some other way to do it? http://imgur.com/a/i44ZU I had 2 GPUs in PC...

Under full load PSU fan stops spinning, PSU gets very hot in PC freezes. What to do? Is this just slow start of PSU death? Should I go with new one or just try to replace fan in it? It's a: LC Power LC6650GP3 V2.3 650W (bronze).

Hey guys. I would like to know how come some unbranded RAM (8GB/DDR3/1333mhz/not paired) shows better performance than (8gb/DDR3/1600mhz/paired kit - http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9)? wtf?

i need help with this too, i have AMD fx 8320 and also getting same problem. problem is that this happens when CPU is on full charge, i also disabled cool n quiet, tried everything, also set clock in AMD catalyst... any idea guys???? thanks
