Just tested the psu. it's Meeting all the power requirements. Thinking it may be a faulty mother board. Fans don't spin.

Ya. So the computer is unresponsive. If you push the power button. No response. it isn't a heat issue. It wasn't running long enough for that and after letting it sit for the night it is still unresponsive. I would anticipate the fans to spin at least if it was that.
