Can I use this to Relid my CPU?

It may be important to add that when I installed a cooler and pressed hard on the cooler(i wanted to see if it made a difference) my temps would increase and when stress testing I would get "hardware issue" as a message on AIDA64

Yeah I had issues with that too before

It was normal Ive already managed to get 28c on idle. Even this summer.
