    Understood, I removed the 2x8 and I was able to overclock my 2x32 to 3733Mhz I thought that each ram would move at 2933Mhz, like 2933 X 4 = 11732 total but all the ram moves at a combined speed of 2933Mhz instead

    UPDATE I fixed it by disconnecting my gpu and ram and reinstalling them

    On intel it says your motherboard supports the turbo boost of 3.90 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/82010/intel-h97-chipset/compatible.html look under the compatibility and the chip set supports it. i would go over intel's overclocking of 3.90Ghz

    I have a 4060 Ti currently running 4 displays. MSI Afterburner shows both core and memory clock speeds are at max but it doesn't seem like they are since I haven't had any performance issues that I've noticed. So far I've: Reinstalled the latest GPU driver 3 times. Switched to studio driver...
