I'm building a 3rd gen ryzen rig and I thought about 2x16GB Ram and in my local store (Chile) there are 16GB 3466MHZ 16 cas for 79.900 ( like 100 USD) 16GB 3466 MHZ 19 cas for 73.500 ( like 91.81 USD) and 16GB 3200MHZ 18 cas for 69.900 ( like 87.37 USD) Which one should I buy and why?

So I tried hard resetting it again after flashing the bios and it didn't work then I used an HDMI instead of a Displayport (connected to the GPU) and it booted into the bios, thanks @Darkbreeze

Flashed the bios once again to 2801 and back and now it boots but I can't enter to the bios without getting the code A9 again, should I try an older bios?

I've just tried that and now it doesn't even boot, it stucks with the code 02

I was in the bios when my power supply died (thermaltake thoughpower RGB 650W gold), so I bought a new one (seasonic focus 850W gold) and booted my pc, everything worked until I tried to enter the bios again, and everytime I try to get into the bios, the screen just get black and I get the A9...
