    windows 7 64bit reinstalled now REALLY SLOW

    hi guys, having recently brought and built a new pc, i decided to upgrade from win xp to windows 7, i did a clean install and then did the usual, installed device drivers, motherboard drivers ect. however now games are going slow, before reinstalling i was getting league of legends on 60fps...
