#Fan cooling

Hello THW community, I just newly installed an rtx 2060, and was getting concerned with it being a bit toasty (rises to 60c idle) As of right now, my computer only uses two system fans, on on rear and one on top, none in front (case is nzxt h210) I was wondering if both fans should be exhaust...

I have and Asus Prime H310M-E R2.0, which has 2 fan headers, cpu, and cha. The problem is i want to buy 6 "InWin Sirius Loop" fans (these fans can be connected consecutively) but i dont know if some voltage problem would happen.

I have an intel i3 6100 @3.70ghz 4gb ram and h110m mobo but i'm just getting 2.00ghz. Any prob??
