0x000007b

I having this very irritating error. It says " The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)." I have had it for AC Unity, AC Black Flag, Shadow of Mordor, Far Cry 4 and many. These game worked perfectly before. Please tell me a fix. I can't play any of my games now. 😭😭

Now that Windows Movie Maker is no longer available, i need free editing software. That or if someone can find how to get Movie Maker back! I just need basic cutting and putting clips together. That is it. Free, and no watermark is what i am looking for.
