%100 packet

Hello. When i use ethernet connection and trace easo.ea.com or google.com via ethernet i have %100 packet loss. Via wifi %0 packet loss and everything works fine. I tried different computers and result is same for both. My router firewall setted as low there s no way to turn it off. I will glad...
