Hi, my old GTX 1060 3GB has recently died, and I got a great deal on an almost brand new GTX 1660Ti (for 120 bucks, with still valid warranty...). When I bought my PC, I knew very little about the hardware, that was 4 years ago. The previous 1060 was powered by: MBD->6-pin...
I have a nice reference model NVIDIA 1660 Ti for sale. It's an ITX sized Dell card, and my research points to it being manufactured by MSI. It's been a great card for me, and still does very well at 1080p. Never overclocked, no mining, etc. I've taken good care of it. I just have...
I've recently made a post with a first assembly of components to make a decent upgrade of my old pc build.
The PC was an old Acer Predator G3620, in which I'd added a new GPU 1660 TI, a RM650x (2018) psu as well as some extra RAM and a new SSD. I'm now about to replace pretty much everything...
I've had an acer predator g3620 for quite a while, upgraded the gpu tot a GTX1660 TI a while ago and ran it with 4 x 4GB DDR3
I feel like it's about time to do a big upgrade so i can run this rig comfortably for quite a few years.
-RAM: 4 x 4GB DDR3
replacing with Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB)...
I have a GTX 1660 Ti and whenever I'm playing GTA 5 online, I only get around 50-70 fps.
My friend with a GTX 1050 Ti is getting 100+ fps, so I don't understand this anymore.
The GPU is hardly used by the game
Hello, so i have an issue with my PC, its constantly crashing on high load mostly gaming, benchmarking or stress testing won't do anything. memory is replaced so i think it's not the issue.
I tried lost of things, reinstalling drivers, reset OS, recheck all power cables, reapplied CPU thermal...
im getting new graphics card 1660 TI 6GB and i got two options getting Asus from abroad , or getting Gainward but from local store ( it was an offer or discount because gpus overpriced here), they both same price around 320 USD ..i would personally would preferer getting it from local store...
I have a dell 1660 ti. The heat sink is basically scrap metal with a fan attached to it and it doesn’t even contact or cool the vram or anything else. I am wondering if there is a cpu cooler (or anything else that isn’t water cooling) that could be mounted on it with minor amounts of modding?
Hi, so I live in Lebanon, GPU prices are still way higher than msrp (3060 new 680$)
I found this used PC for 600$:

GRAPHICS CARD - 1660 TI

Mobo boistar b360mhd pro2

I used to have a 1660ti card with the system blow:
ram: 24gb ddr4 2400
psu: 750 +80 bronze
mobo:asuss 360 - k prime

I recently got a 1660 Ti from a 970. I am interested in potentially getting a new part for my PC to help improve performance. However, I am unsure on where to start regarding which part I should select to upgrade. Potentially, the oldest one, or soon to be most obsolete.
So I'm looking at building a new gaming computer in the mid-high end range. I've put together a list (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Sam095/saved/#view=gQf9cf) but I feel like for the price, I could probably get a better build (or a similar build a bit cheaper), so I'm looking for some help...
i know we are all facing problems with shortage of pc parts, especially GPUs. I wanted to build something in between 500-700eur, but right now this is impossible. Yes, i tried looking on ebay (please keep in mind i'm from EU), but the prices even for second hand GPU's are so...
From what I know, streaming is CPU intensive, but I was told by a friend that the 1660 Ti has streaming capabilities built into it. Is it a better idea to go with the 3600 and plain 1660 or 3100 and 1660 Ti? I would swap the 3100 with a 3300x, but who knows when that will be back in stock at MSRP.
I'll try to keep this question short, I'm planning to upgrade my PC however I'm conflicted into two paths, and I don't know which to choose I've got an old case with usb 2.0 ports which I kind off want to replace at some point
The game I'm looking forward to play is Cyberpunk 2077...
When i try to use Game filters in Warzone or any game it says "A supported game is required to use this feature", in Witcher 3 the photo mode only works, but not Game filters, and they're enabled in settings.
How to fix this issue?
I have doubts about these two gpu and I don't have much choice. It is for a second computer, which would only have the task of coding what it receives from the other computer via ndi. (for stream). I usually transmit in 1080p 60fps all the time.
The pc 1 (where everything runs) has a gtx1080...

I'm slowly upgrading my PC, and my friend is willing to sell me his old 1660ti. I am going to buy a new motherboard soon, but in the mean time I will have to use my current Gigabyte Z77-D3H motherboard. Does anyone know if these two are compatible?
I bought a 1660 TI around July of 2019 and its been working great since then. When I 1st did a UserBenchmark test on the GPU I got a rating of 78%. I put it in my old pc and slowly upgraded parts in the old pc until I had enough money to build a brand new one. Every part in the new PC is brand...
I recently upgraded my GPU in my 5 year old System from a GTX 760 to a new GTX 1660 Ti.
As I usually do with a new GPU I ran a few benchmarks on it.
Unigine Heaven provided me with a, in my opinion, weirdly low score for a new 1660 Ti so I tried the Superposition Benchmark.
So I've had my pc for almost a year. And I've been noticing white and black lines around objects more and more as time has gone on. Basically every game looks like crap now because of lines constantly moving around every object. . I've messed around with the control panel, even maxed out AA...
i7 9750h + 1660ti
i5 9300h + 1660ti
I would like to know is i5 enough to run 1660 ti or should I go for i7 to get maximum FPS ?
The games I play are COD:Warzone , Battlefield 5, GTA V, PUBG
I currently have a HP Z820 workstation with a Nvidia Quadro 5000 graphics card. I want to get a 1660 Ti but it needs an 8 pin power supply and only have a six pin power supply. I'm not sure if I need to get a 6 to 8 pin adapter or I need a new PSU. I don't want to get a new graphics card and fry it.
Hello I recently bought a Zotac 1660 Ti used and its not doing what i was expecting to the point where I think my 1060 3gb is the same as the 1660Ti. I updated all my drivers from Geforce and disabled V sync from nvidia panel and In-game. I had csgo at 40 fps metro LL 45-50 fps and other games...
I built a new pc last week and I sometimes (1 time per day ) while it is open it freezes and I have no control of anything.
It doesn't only occcurs while gaming so I can't figure out the problem. I check my tempratures and they are below 70 C so its ok from that aspect.
I just built my first PC and am having trouble getting the monitor connected to the system to detect a signal. The monitor and cable work when tested on a different computer.
I have a Ryzen 5 2700 (which I know doesn't have integrated graphics), a Geforce 1660 Ti, Corsair Vengence LPX 16 GB...
Ryzen 5 2600+ 2060 vs Ryzen 5 3600+1660ti, can't get best of both worlds due to budget constraints. As far as I think I should choose the 2060 with 2600 cuz their names match alot so they will be more compatible XD...jk but getting a better gpu should be the best idea...still, will i get like...
I just got a new GPU (MSI GTX 1660 Ti). While the card seems to work great for the most part I don't like the sound of the fans spinning up and down all the time when playing games. So I set a custom fan curve in MSI Afterburner to have it never go below 15% fan speed. However, while the...
I'm helping my brother build a PC that's used for 50% gaming / 50% video editing, and we were looking at either the GTX 1660 Ti(12Gb/s GDDR6) or 1660 Super (14Gb/s GDDR6).
I was wondering if the 14Gb/s GDDR6 on the 1660 Super would give any benefit at all in video editing over the slower...
So I've been looking to upgrade for awhile (I'll include my current build and prospective build).
I mainly use my computer (since entering college) for browsing, watching youtube, and...
So I recently bought a GTX 1660 Ti and after watching a bunch of benchmark videos and reading about it, it seemed like a very solid upgrade from my previous card (1050 Ti). But Immediately I noticed a few issues with the 1660 Ti; After installing the drivers I opened up COD WW2 and turned up the...
so basically i habe a difficult choice between 1660 TI and 2060 super!
As amazon said, balck friday will begin tomorrow and the RTX 2060 super is +400
But 1660 super or TI costs 200 . Will be the 2060 super at the price 200-300 € or not?
Probably a dumb sounding question but what would be the difference in the thickness between the two cards 'Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti Windforce' and 'EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti SC Ultra Gaming'?
I was looking up the specs to check the sizes as I'm looking to upgrade to this card but the size is a real...
