180hz

So recently i got a new monitor which is msi g244f e2 180hz , it comes with hdmi cable tho , the question is most of the people said that u should get a display port as hdmi doesnt give the frame rate u want or full frame rate , like i have hdmi even tho on screen it gives me 144 or 150 fps ...

I recently purchased a ryzen 1500x a upon opening bios I found that it was running at 1.4 volts stock at 3.5 GHz and when I attempt to give it less power than that either in ryzen master software or in bios I run into stability issues
