I'm looking to buy a 3 x 180mm radiator or a 2 x 200mm radiator for a i9-9900K + GPU. Trouble is, I can only find 2 PWM fan models: Phobya G-Silent PWM, 180x25mm, 900rpm, (or here) Noctua NF-A20 PWM, 200x30mm, 800rpm. There are tons of 3-pin models in those sizes (Silverstone, BitFenix, Cooler...
