2080 super vs 1080ti

As title suggest, I’m upgrading my build and I was fairly confident in purchasing a 1080Ti but then I dove into the 2080 Super and now I’m conflicted. The price difference between the two don’t seem to large and I don’t understand fully RT and how it will “improve” my gaming experience...
