I have an MSI GP66 Leopard with an RTX 3080. My GPU utilization is stuck at 100% while gaming, and my core clock is stuck at 210 MHz, memory clock is stuck at 7000 MHz, and voltage shows 752W, which is unrealistic. My temperature stays around 51C, and in the Heaven benchmark, I get very low FPS...
