220v

I bought Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 850W from Amazon US but I 'm going to use this in Turkey where it is 220V. My old PSU has a switch on it where you can select between 110V or 220V. On Amazon, some users wrote that there is a switch for voltage selection, but I don't see any switch on this...

i just upgrade my system, i i got a gigabyte aorus gaming 5 and a i7 8700k, windows recognized my new hard but thats enough? should i update the motherboard bios? what would i gain?
