My computer screen is broken and HP said it will cost as much as I paid for the laptop to replace the screen. Can I hook it up to my tv using HDMI and what functions to press to get the dispaly onto the tv?

Does any v5 motherboards fit into one another? if i find one thats for acer aspire v5, will it fit my acer aspire v5-571p-6464 laptop?

When ever I play games, most times its fine no bother, other times I can make it crash reliably on demand on other games. It happens when the temperature hits 80-85 degrees C and the screen goes black, audio cuts out and fans stop spinning... Any ideas? Thanks
