Can't seem to get this PSU to turn on. Can you help? This is a used unit rescued from the thrift store. Yes, it may be dead, but I have looked inside and see no charring and smell no smoke. I have brought others up successfully. I plan to use this PSU as a bench power supply for hobby work...
