$300 build

I have a windows 7 (dell inspiron N5030) and ive been having this problem for over 3 months. The problem is 'limited access' it says limited access when ever i connect to any wifi network and i cant connect to the internet! Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the wifi drivers but it didnt work...
