    Question Upgraded to RTX 3070 and Intel i5 but games still run at only 20-ish FPS and are extremely choppy and laggy ?

    I've recently upgraded my CPU and GPU yet computer still runs extremely slow as in most games like Fortnite run at 20 fps or so and the entire computer is slow and choppy I've tried many online solutions and they only provide minor fixes, any solutions??
