    Question I think my CPU is causing the GPU to drop frames to between 0-5 frames while gaming or video editing ?

    Just recently my PC started experiencing lags and stutters. I tried playing a game and started experiencing massive frame drops after an hour or so. The CPU and GPU temperatures look good so I'm just wondering what else could be causing it? MotherBoard: Asus TUF Gaming Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 CPU...
