4 pin CPU connector

Hello I have a 700w builder cpu and it doesn’t have a 4 pin cpu connector, which I need for my motherboard there’s an 8 port connector which switches 4+4. can someone help? Regards

I have a desktop with an I5 and a powersupply of 300w, which is pritty low. And I was wondering if I could use another PSU of 300w that I have lying arround justfor the cpu.

So, I'm building a new PC but I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to choosing parts. So I was hoping some of you can suggest any parts that I should pick. Suggest a Motherboard, GPU, case and ETC. Thanks for the help.
