I am looking to upgrade my EVGA GTX 750 TI SC to EVGA GTX 960 SSC but I only have an EVGA 400w psu.
My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 @3.75ghz (I can go back to base clock speeds if I have to)
2 x 8 gb 3000mhz ram
Asrock B450m Pro 4
Deepcool cpu cooler
4 case fans
ssd and 7200rpm hdd
Will I be able...
My power supply is a Cooler Master Elite Power 400w (rs-400-psar-i3).I know that this psu is not a good one but i don't really want to change my psu at this time. And I also have an SSD in my system.

So, my PC is using Ryzen 3 2200G, i've used it for doing programming works and some gaming, i didn't use any VGA since i built it. When i play some game such dota2 / paladin / etc, i usually OC it little (arround 3,8Ghz for cpu and 1500Mhz Gfx), i won't push it harder cuz i feel i don't need it...
