4k trouble shoot

I have a Hisense 50in 4k tv and everytime i put a video on it from Hulu, Crunchroll, or any other website with the same type of player it turns to static. I also have 3 other displays but they are not affected by the issue. Specs: RTX 2080 Super I7 9700k 16gb DDR4 3200mhz ASUS z390 Displays...

Hi, I have a Precision T3500 which, when turned on the CPU fan spins at full speed constantly creating a lot of noise. This has only happened recently, despite no changes to software, hardware or environment. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Thanx Farhan
