50% disk usage

I recently upgraded to an RTX 3060 Ti from a 1660 Ti and the performance is not what I expected. In some games, it seems better(Ark, R6S, GTA), but in others it's the same or worse. Rust and Assassin's Creed Odyssey are good examples of that. CPU and GPU usage are both under 50%. I checked MSI...
