5700 xt vs 2070

Im looking to replace my entire system but I've heard it's best to start with the GPU so let's just do that. (And no this is not a joke, this is my current system that i'm replacing.... long over due don't you agree? APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: End of this week, latest by 22/9 - 19 Budget...
