5950x issues

Hello, I just wanted to ask is it normal the 5950X to stutter while gaming if all cores are enabled? When I disable Core 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 -4 and leave the others on the game works just fine without any single stutter, does it mean the CPU is defective? Bad Cores? Should I RMA? What do you guys...
