During the last few days cmd randomly keeps on opening something in root(this is what i think i saw atleast) to then close within a second. Both F-Secure ,malwarebytes and windows defender detect noting, so does anyone know what might be causing this or how i could prevent it from automatically...

I just bought the geforce gtx760 and after using it for a week, I got a error screen blue screen or what it is called and now it just making a lot of noise and I cant use it.
