9700k vs 3700x

hi guys im confused as to which one to buy between 3700x vs 9700k or a cheap build with ryzen 3600, i will mostly be doing gaming and might do some production (not sure of it), as for the gup i wanna go with a 2070 super, i currently have a 1080p monitor, want my system to last a few years...
