alcohol 90

Hi, I'm looking to give a clean up to my gpu since I haven't done it since I got it, and that was at least 3 years ago, and i wanna know if this mastergel pro thermal paste from cooler master is safe to use for it ? Also I'll be using alcohol 90 for cleaning since it's what I have at hand...
