amd fluid motion frame

I am currently testing AMD Fluid motion frames, on an RX 7600 XT I wanted to know if AFMF technology, this technology also has effects on the operating system? Maybe I feel that the mouse is smoother by enabling this option, apart from this, is it advisable to have this option active for any game?

Hi, my Gpu- rx 7800xt, os - windows 10 pro (up to date), I clean installed amd driver 24.1.1 using DDU . But Amd adrenalin and amd overlay doesn't recognize directx 11 in some games and showing those games running Diretcx 9 though actually those games running using dx11. And Msi afterburner...
