Ok, so I was having issues with my pc not detecting my RX 6400 and was updating the gpu drivers, BIOS, and even windows. Nothing seemed to help, until I updated my PC's drivers (ASUS M11AD PC) from the ASUS site, and also restoring my BIOS settings to defaults. I'm guessing the later is what...
