Asrock extreme 4m

Hi I'm having a hard time trying to replace my motherboard z77 ASRock extreme 4-m. looking for lga1155 chipset seems like they gone. I'm looking for a mother board with 4 ram slots and at least 1 USB 3 slot any suggestions?
