Asuswrt-Merlin

This is my docker compose and rsyslog dont wrok..... Im trying to use is as remote server for logs for Asus Merlin. VPS is arm64... Please guys, give me a solution. PS I suppose that anything other than rsyslog wont work with merlin because merlin is using rsyslog... I tried syslog-ng w/o success.

My issue is that around 21-23:00 every night for a very long time the internet drops out randomly and rapidly. It might have a 1 second drop very very rarely at other times but around the time stamp 21-23 it gets very frustrating and I cant figure out why. Every device connected gets the issue...
