Hello, my friend told me that the B450 Elite is compatible with Q-Flash Plus, allowing me to flash the newest BIOS without a CPU installed, but is it true? I ordered a Ryzen 5 3600 in order to upgrade my build, but a X570 board is not in my budget, and i would be looking for a 3rd Gen Compatible...
